We are already starting 2026 session 2. I just wanted to check in with a few things happening this session.
First, I-70 Drive SE will be closing on March 9 until December of this year for the Interstate 70 underpass construction linking Clark Lane to the south side of the interstate. Access to the center will need to be from Exit 131 Lake of the Woods exit if coming from the interstate. From Hwy 63 recommend coming up Rangeline Rd or getting off at Broadway WW to Keene to St Charles Rd to I-70 Drive SE.

We have several weekend events coming up as we roll into spring.

Remember that some of the drop-in Saturday classes (Puppy Explorers, Conformation class) will not meet on weekends that events are happening. Dates that will not have Saturday classes are – March 7, March 21, April 25.
On a personal front, one of my border terriers, Dealer, tore her left CCL in January. She had surgery on February 5 and has been doing great so far. She is 11 and I was considering just doing supportive care instead of the surgery, but she is still very healthy and active (and competing still!) so went with the surgery route. We have been doing her exercises, and she is weight bearing already. Dealer is done with leash walking, but I know better than to push it. Dogs are amazing sometimes!
As we move into spring and better weather. Get out there with your dogs and do some training, or something fun with them.
