Kathy Echols, Instructor and Owner CCSC owner Kathy has been training dogs since 1993. She has trained and competed with her dogs in agility, tracking, obedience, rally, conformation, earthdog and lure coursing in a variety of organizations (AKC, UKC, NADAC, ASCA, AWTA, ASFA). She is a certified pet dog trainer, passing the CPDT test in 2006, and a CGC (Canine Good Citizen) evalulator. Kathy teaches using positive reinforcement techniques (i.e. clicker). She teaches agility classes from foundation skills to handling as well as pet manners/puppy classes. |

Andrea Meinhart, Instructor and Owner
Originally from Oklahoma, Andrea comes from a horse background was an active, accomplished equestrian. She trained her first dog in 1981, a handsome and devoted mix named Billy, to the equivalent of AKC's Utility Dog title. In 1985, she purchased her first purebred dog, a Belgian Tervuren, and that began her lifetime love of the breed and all canine sports.
In addition to her business degrees, Andrea holds a degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University. She is a Certified Trainer of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, and an AKC Evaluator for the Canine Good Citizen program. She has been a member of her breed's national organization, The American Belgian Tervuren Club, since 1985 and served its membership in various capacities.
Committed to providing the most effective, convenient solution to her client's dog training needs, Andrea consistently refines her training methods. Andrea's training style and techniques are heavily influenced by her obedience trainers: Brian McGovern (UK); AnneMarie Silverton (CA) and Marilyn Donlon (KY).
When not helping CCSC clients meet their dog training goals, Andrea travels extenstively successfully competing in conformation, obedience and tracking with her beloved Belgian Tervuren. |

Joyce Guthrie Joyce, an AKC Rally judge, has owned and shown Great Danes and Min Pins for many years. She is currently teaching Pet Manners and Rally classes. |

Liz Hansen Liz Hansen has bred and shown Standard Schnauzers and Springer Spaniels for over 30 years, and has also done tracking and agility. In 2003 she showed her Standard Schnauzer Seasar to a number 1 ranking and won breed at Westminster the past 3 years in a row. She teaches a conformation handling class at CCSC. |

Debbie Heifner Debbie has owned and trained dogs for several years, titling her Whippet and Border Collie in agility. She currently runs Judy Steiner's Josie. She is teaching agility jumping/handling classes. |

Cindy Jansen Cindy Jansen has been training dogs for several years and is involved with the Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier Club of America. Her SCWT Riley was the 3rd of his breed to receive a VCD2 title by completing his CDX with scores in the 190s and placements. Cindy shows in obedience, agility, and tracking. She teaches agility and obedience classes. |

Vicki Miller Vicki has been training dogs in 1996. She has trained and competed with her German Shepherd Dogs in agility, obedience, tracking and Schutzhund. Vicki teaches Agility Foundations and Drive Training -Obedience c lass es and assists in various other obedience and agility classes. She also handles the enrollment scheduling of CCSC classes each session. |

Robin Nuttall Robin has been training dogs for over 20 years, titling dogs in AKC, UKC, and NADAC. Robin's Doberman, Cala, won the Purina Incredible Dog Challenge National Championship 60-weave in 2005. Robin currently trains and shows her Doberman and Min Pin in Rally and Agility. She teaches various agility classes. Robin also designs the CCSC website and answers your emails. |

Barbara Petty
Barb has been training and competing in dog events for over 20 years, starting with training a beagle for obedience. She has an extensive background in animal science and behavior. Her teaching methods emphasize a strong foundation and teamwork, always striving to find what works best for each individual team. Barb’s own dogs compete in AKC, UKC and ASCA obedience as well as various venues of agility. She has earned over 30 rally and obedience titles through the Utility Dog title in the past ten years, and has earned many agility titles in AKC, USDAA, and NADAC. Her first dog, MACH2 Snickers, qualified for AKC Nationals 4 years in a row, finishing 7th in the 24” height division in 2001. |

Jennifer Riess has trained and competed dogs in many sports, including obedience, agility, weight pull, tracking, earth dog, and more. She has taught classes for several years through Dellhaven kennel. She teaches various classes, including agility and the new carting class. |

Judy Steiner Judy has trained dogs for over 20 years in Obedience, Agility, Drill Team, Schutzhund, Tracking, and Fieldwork. She is a certified evaluator for Therapy Dogs International, and conducts therapy visits with her Labrador Retrievers throughout the mid Missouri area. She is involved with Dog Scouts of America and promotes responsible dog ownership. Judy will teach daytime Pet Manners classes. |
